Some consultations require collation of information from other practitioners, additional diagnostic records and/or evaluations undertaken in order to provide you with an in depth orthodontic opinion. In such cases a $250 consultation fee will apply. These could include children under 12, patients referred by their dentist or dental specialist, patients in treatment elsewhere seeking to transfer or those seeking a second opinion.

A free consultation, if applicable, is only offered once. If you fail to attend your free consultation, or cancel at short notice (less than 24 hours before the appointment) a non-refundable $250 charge will be payable prior to scheduling your next appointment.
