Orthodontic treatments for adults
Treatment for the smile you’ve always dreamed of is possible at any age! Braces and clear aligners aren’t just for children and teenagers. Here at Auckland City Orthodontics, we’re dedicated to offering adults a range of innovative, bespoke treatments. We offer clear aligners by Spark or Invisalign® as well as the most modern and efficient traditional braces.
The secret to a beautiful smile - clear aligners by Invisalign®
Millions of people have chosen Invisalign® to straighten their smile for its convenience and almost invisible appearance. Designed to exert gentle pressure on your teeth, Invisalign® is a series of clear plastic aligners that look a little like sports mouthguards - only much thinner! Powerful and effective, they are convenient, comfortable and completely tailored to your case.
Spark aligners to reinvent your smile
Spark aligners, which use the revolutionary TruGEN™ material, are the clearest aligners on the market today. Their invisible aesthetic makes them the perfect choice for anyone conscious about having orthodontic treatment.
Stain resistant, Spark aligners’ ultra-thin, transparent design means they are practically imperceptible to everyone around you. Comfortable and easy to clean, Spark aligners have superior contact area with each tooth, making them both effective and powerful.
Traditional braces for adults
For patients who don’t want, or aren’t suitable candidates for clear aligners, traditional braces are the answer. Though many adults might feel concerned by the idea of using traditional metal braces, their design has been refined and improved since they were first introduced.
Traditional braces by Auckland City Orthodontics are far less noticeable, with smaller brackets. The brackets can even be colour matched so they are tooth-coloured, further reducing how obvious they are.
